I wasn’t totally sure if it was you lol. Plus I didn’t want to be a bother anyway. You ever find anything decent at Bookmans? They have a decent selection for the older Nintendo stuff , but most things seem to be lacking. It seemed like their prices used to be better too, way back when.
Yeah I was there. You should’ve said “hi”.
That’s a great question. Systems are more advanced today than back in the 16bit/32bit days so I would think it would take more processing power to create a 2D game today.
it isnt the first rip off of this game there was a universal soldier movie tie in that copied turrican as well lol
WOW! An actual instruction manual… I haven’t seen one of those in a new game in years…
something’s not right about that intro… got it, he didn’t let it sit for 10 minutes.
Hey gamester81 I have a question for you. I was in a conversation with a guy who thinks it takes no processing power to create a 2D game. I told him yes it takes a lot of processing power to create a 2D game like Rayman Origins. Since you know a lot about videogames do you think it takes more processing power to make a 2D game now days then it did say back in the 32bit and 16 bit eras? It would be awesome if you could answer this question personally. Thanks a lot and I appreciate it.
That game looks amazing
Thanks for the review this looks good. I have to say I think it is a little pricey. So I hope you saw it before you paid that much for it.
I’m pretty sure I saw gamester81 at Bookmans in Mesa yesterday.
it would be a miracle of epic proportions if i could play this on PSN through SNK’s own emulation they use… games like this make me want to collect again
How could you not add sunset riders with that apron?
Lol, you’re such a dork. Loved the intro none-the-less.
Will you be review the Dreamcast version?
I was playing this back in 1989 on my Amiga1000.
It was called Turrican.
Hey Gamester, do you have a neo-geo 64? I think I may have found your weakness
Hhahahaahahahahhaha you rock #1 outstanding review
Nice review John, but you forgot to add a cup and a half of Turrican
looks like fun
I’m amazed Rainbow Arts/Factor 5 haven’t sued for plagiarism it’s virtually a carbon copy of Turrican 3
Gunlord is a Turrican Rippoff !

haha, awesome intro
Great Introduction.
I wish I had preordered this game some weeks ago, but now I don’t have the funds for it. Hopefully soon…..
