I understand Facebook just about as much as I understand Youtube comments ( You can post any foul, discriminative comment, but you have to do so in under 300 characters, and you can’t post url’s?).
The new FB profie is awful, cluttered and tacky. That, along with other atrocities like not being able to see your friends ‘current’ status updates (without weeding thru a sea of random ‘other updates.) They should seriously seek guidance/consultation to easy matters.

Heck, maybe it’s time to look at other networking sites. Try and get my friends to defect, too. Just this sense of utter helplessness, and a nagging thing always in the back of my mind that SOMEBODY, SOMEWHERE should feel some kind of regret for forcing this load of nonsense on us!

I’ve tried complaining on Facebook itself until I’m blue in the face but none of the people who run it give a damn. It’s this “lie down and take it” attitude that I dispise. WHY NOT allow people to CHOOSE between the two styles? IT WORKED BEFORE! There was nothing WRONG with it!
