I didn’t know that guy was from Israel, most people I have come in contact with on here are from America. Yes, I assumed he was from the US but the majority of youtubers are, just look at the demographics.
speaking as a non-American and from experience I have never heard of American history, especially such minute details of American history, being taught in other countries at a high school level. All my high school taught us was the American Revolution and even that was brief. The only place I can think of where this subject would be brought up is in university courses focusing on American history. I never learned of the KKK in school myself. I heard it on an American tv show.

Of course he hasn’t taken American history. His account says he is from Israel so it makes sense if he has never heard of them. The world doesn’t revolve around your country.
