I jizz my pants everytime Steve Jobs make a speech. Oooooooh apple products, where have you been all my life???
This is what we’re talking about. We’ve loved building our apps on the Service Cloud and I think it’s great to see how SFDC is keeping it relevant to our customers’ needs. – Dane Laverty, PS Engineer, Stone Cobra
Thanks for sharing the info on Service Cloud 3! Would love to see the updated product roadmap to make sure we continue to work in synergy, especially with social support and agent productivity. -Amanda Roberts, CEO, Stone Cobra
The Stone Cobra Team is looking forward to continue to build great Apps on the Service Cloud that can be found on the AppExchange!!! Definitely excited about how Service Cloud 3 continues to enable salesforce partners such as ourselves, to build great Apps!!!
I used to work in a call center and all i can say is — I wish I had this for some of my customers who wasted tons of my time because they couldn’t understand where the power button was on their machine.
Service Cloud – thank you for another wave of innovation. We’ve been waiting for social media to be taken seriously as a channel for customer service. Keep it up!
Nice to see social media making its way into the contact center so agents
can actually act on the data. The FaceTime example is definitely where customer service is moving.
I cant add the link in these comments but do a search on YouTube for “French Taunting – Monty Python and the Holy Grail” I think its very fitting =)
Not the 1st, not the leaders and call centers have an increase in call volumes… so many incorrect statements in the first 60 seconds… its like watching Monty Python quest for holy grail sketch where the French guard is stating “We have the holy grail”
La demo esta fenomenal!
